Conditions of participation

Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Winforce AG, based in Switzerland, Schanzweg 6, 5027 Herznach (hereinafter referred to as “Winforce”).
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Winforce employees and their families are excluded from participation.
participation
To participate in the competition, participants must fulfill the conditions of participation described in the respective Instagram post (e.g., liking the post, commenting, following the Winforce page and newsletter). Only one entry per person is permitted.
Profit
The prize is described on the relevant page. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
Duration of the competition
The competition begins with the publication of the page and ends on the date and time stated on the page.
Winner determination and notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants and notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Winforce reserves the right to select a new winner.
Disclaimer
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram in any way. Participants release Instagram from all claims.
Exclusion from the competition
Winforce reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions of participation or manipulate the competition.
