Die Wissenschaft dahinter

Oats are the perfect food to provide energy to the body thanks to their low glycaemic index: it takes relatively longer for the body to absorb them, providing that sense of fullness and gradual release of energy.
The 24 g of the 35 g bar are as close as it gets to the recommended minimum amount of carbs needed to replenish one’s energy every hour. They also prevent energy highs and lows, guaranteeing you don’t lose your rhythm and stamina while training or racing.
The bite-size portion packing dietary fibres and complex carbohydrates also sits well on the stomach, avoiding any sense of nausea or cramps.
